Average 1-Bedroom in Toronto Drops 20% in 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the tenancy world, and in turn the mortgage world, upside-down.

The average one-bedroom rent in Toronto has dropped 20%. Despite this, rents are expected to rebound in 2021, with Montreal (6%), Toronto (4%) and Vancouver (3%). To read more about this trend, click here.
